Healthcare Experience
M2 Worldwide has worked with over 12 companies and 30 brands. From the small molecule products in large companies to the biologic products in small companies, we have broad experience in the healthcare field. We have:
- Built relationship marketing (RM) capabilities and departments for many of the world’s leading pharma and bio-pharma companies.
- Developed and launched the innovative, state-of-the-art and proven cross-franchise RM program for the #1 pharma company in the world
- Created an ex-US RM strategic plan for a leading ED product
- Developed, implemented and measured effective, targeted adherence and conversion initiatives that engaged patients while complying with EU regulations governing patient communications
- Launched a Multicultural Team and developed Health Literacy guidelines that drove culturally competent and innovative physician and consumer communications for African Americans and Hispanics
- Identified and implemented multichannel, non-personal promotion strategies targeting healthcare professionals for Rx and Account-Based brands
- Developed and manage successful RFP process that identifies database marketing partners for pharmaceutical companies
- Created, launched and measured successful Relationship Marketing initiatives across all stages of the patient lifecycle – lead generation, conversion, adherence and loyalty
- Identified strategies and tactics that address the unique characteristics of a range of conditions, including ADHD, allergy, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular, Crohn’s disease, dermatology, diabetes, ED, epilepsy, GI, hemophilia, OAB, oncology and psoriasis. These brands go from small molecule, mass marketed brands to biologic and specialty brands
- Developed an innovative marketing planning tool which is used for training to help clients practice managing, budgeting, and assessing the viability of all their Marketing expenditures
- Developed a framework for doing RM successfully, combined with the content needed to put a program together. It could also include a two way communication portal which allows brands a more open and effective communication dialog with both their HCP’s and Patients
- Developed proprietary analytic models to match segment opportunity with appropriate channel, offer, and message.
Consumer Packaged Goods Experience
Our team has extensive experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, retail, financial services, media and technology. We have worked for and held senior positions in many leading companies in both a sales and marketing capacity including: Whitehall/Wyeth, Hearst Publishing, Pfizer, Cegedigm/Optas and more. The brands we have grown include Viagra, Lipitor, Advil, Robitussin, Dimetapp and many others.We had responsibilities for product development, brand management, sales and sales management which included developing, marketing, and setting the selling strategies, and gaining wholesale and retail distribution for many well know consumer products.
