While many courses focus on how to run the detail or sales call ours starts at the beginning with a strategy on how to understanding and then communicate with 4 vastly different personality types. People are the keys to our success, but each person is different and needs to be treated differently. We are sending out numerous messages on how we want to be dealt with and communicated to yet our sales force usually treat everyone the same.
Learning how to identify your customer’s personality type (buyer, physician, or patient) can be the key difference between effective and defective communications with these customers. It’s only after you understand different people like to be communicated to differently that you can modify your approach and be effective in your communications with them.
