M2 WorldWide has developed a series of workshops around Relationship Marketing with the goal of jump starting both marketing and sales capabilities to develop and implement innovative relationship marketing campaigns. The workshops have been created based on years of actual Global development and implementation in both the U.S. and European Markets and are customized for each audience.

The objectives of workshop are to:

"Provide marketers and non-marketers alike, a real-world perspective on how to develop and plan for effective Relationship Marketing programs."

We focus on how Relationship Marketing is a key business building strategy. The workshops are highly interactive with break-out sessions for one on one learning. At the end of the workshop, participants will have the capability, competency and tools needed to develop strategically based HCP and Consumer RM programs with key ROI measures.

The workshops provide a foundation for developing innovative approaches to building brands beyond the traditional means. This foundation is critical in today’s life-science space as cost constraints, share of voice challenges and changing guidelines create additional hurdles for growing sales and share. It will be critical to create a common language and platform for Relationship Marketing as it is a discipline that is not well known.
