Creative Development Workshop

The words and images a marketer puts in front of their customers is one of the most important aspects of their jobs. If you are not effectively communicating with your customers your brand will die… that’s the plain and simple truth.

Evaluating creative is both art and science but doesn’t have to be difficult. In this workshop we will:

  • Introduce a real-world perspective for challenges Pharma marketers face every day
  • Break down the subject matter and discuss methods successful marketers use when challenged with the same issues
  • Present and learn to work with traditional consumer marketing approach for pharmaceutical marketers
  • Establish a common language for creative evaluation among team members
  • Discuss the roles of and how to use various development tools
  • Demonstrate how to use these tools for effective agency direction and internal creative review
  • Practice and apply what was learned

During the workshop participants will establish a common language for creative development among the Marketing Teams:

  • Consider what they all know about creative
    • Marketing (communication needs, competitive needs, brand building)
    • Medical & Regulatory (regulatory requirements, fair balance, accuracy)
  • Review the creative process
  • Discuss ways creative may be reviewed
  • Distinguish between Emotional and Rational evaluation
    • The role of each method
  • Introduce methods to ensure both methods are used
  • To discuss the roles of various development tools

This is a one day workshop for up to 20 people. By the end of the day, each participant will both understand the content and be able to apply it to their brands giving them an additional weapon in the war the wage each day with their competition.
