While working closely with our clients over the past several years we have learned that there needs to be a solid process in place in order to have our clients become self sufficient after our engagement is finished. We believe that to be totally effective once we exit, our clients need reinforcement (IE: insights, training, and tools to use and reinforce the learnings we have brought to their organization.
