At M2 Worldwide, one of the first steps in any strategic plan is a thorough assessment and analysis of what a brand or company has been doing. With every engagement we have conducted, we have been able to determine the best plan by digging through all available data and recommending a plan based on the Socratic method. We determine the root cause of a business problem and determine the appropriate action. Conversely, we analyze the key business drivers of success to determine the appropriate course of action. We conduct this first phase for almost all of our projects. During this phase, we get to know the culture of an organization and the people in the organization get to know us. If we don’t get this phase right … we lose. And at M2 Worldwide, losing is never an option!!
