Uncovering the nuggets of insights or AHA’s is always the goal of this process.  We determine the root cause of a business problem and determine the appropriate action.   Conversely, we analyze the key business drivers of success to determine the appropriate course of action.   We conduct this first phase for almost all of our projects.  During this phase, we get to know the culture of an organization and the people in the organization get to know us.  If we don’t get this phase right … we lose.  And at M2 Worldwide, losing is never an option!!

Marketing Plan Development and Goal Setting Process

The marketing or goal setting process is a common practice for most marketers.  As marketers,  the team at M2 Worldwide helps provide additional insights and experience that support brand management.  In relationship marketing (RM), goal setting is a not simply a common practice, but an essential element in the planning process.  RM goal setting allows you to determine how much money you will make and how much you will need to spend.  Acquisition, conversion and retention goals can be set and the spending “allowables” will follow (unless we are outside the U.S. and we focus more on opt-in and concordance goals.)

Social Media Planning

Although it may seem that the opposite is true, at M2WorldWide, we find that great planning is at the heart of a social media campaign. Many credible worldwide brands are utilizing social media to reach customers and to build or maintain reputation. As social media continue to grow, the ability to reach more consumers globally has also increased. Brands are now able to advertise in multiple languages and therefore reach a broader range of consumers. Social media have become the new "tool" for effective business marketing and sales.

Companies must understand the marketplace dynamics and generate a strategy for success before they release information to the wild-wild-web.
