A Better Physician & Customer Experience

Question:  How can I get the cards to my perspective and current patients?

Answer:  There are many "tried & true" ways our clients have used to get our cards into their patients hands:

  • Detail Rep kits-  Provide kit for rep to detail physicians
  • Custom card holder- Consumer Packaging (IE: card in wallet/sleeve)
  • Through website
  • Direct mail
  • Call in / Opt-in RM programs
  • Patient enrollment/activation via IVR

Question:  How can I track my patients and their usage?

Answer:  Physician enrollment/assignment - each kit can be numbered and you can track which cards were given to each of your physicians. This will allow you to check any physicians prescribing habits and see if they are being influential to their (your) patients.

Question:  Does the LoyaltyRx card need to be activated prior to use?

Answer:  No, due to the unique nature of the card and there being no issue with fraud, the card does not have to be activated by the consumer to be used, however many clients use a "perceived activation" sticker on the card to get their patients to call in and opt-in to their other RM programs.

Question:  What data can I get from deploying the LoyaltyRx card program?

Answer:  Two types of data:

  1. COB/PBM adjudication data - shows Patient ID, DOB, Gender, Pharmacy address. And NABP#, Physician DEA# name and address, Group# and Rx ID#, date filled, Rx#, new/refill, Qty, NDC#, DAW code, usual & customary, dispensing fee, total amount paid
  2. POS (Point of sale) terminal data - shows transaction data card number amount and location (includes Wal-Mart data). This data is unique to the Loyalty RX card!

Question:  How frequent is the reporting?

Answer:  The system provides On-line redemption data/look-up in real time! This means that you will begin to see where your customers are using the card on minute-by minute basis.
