How is card better than other incentive vehicles?

Question:  What is the LoyaltyRx card & how is it different than other incentive cards & programs?

Answer: The newly introduced LoyaltyRx card represents the evolution of Rx based incentive programs. It is the only card that has a patent pending process filed with the U.S. Patent office. (The process of funding a debit card after a claim has been adjudicated through the coordination of benefits process). This process greatly reduces fraud and increases your program ROI tremendously!

Question: When you say the LoyaltyRx card is "newly introduced" does that mean it is not tested in the marketplace?

Answer: Since its introduction less than one year ago, the LoyaltyRx card has quickly become the #1 used card in the pharmaceutical industry! Over 45 programs have been deployed and many of our clients now use our card exclusively across all of their brands. Also the card has a 100% renewal rate!

Question: Aren’t all incentive programs/cards the same?

Answer: Absolutely not! Other cards are just tactical elements of a plan where the LoyaltyRx card is a complete engagement platform…Where other cards are simply used as a tactic to retain customers, the LoyaltyRx card is a complete program with a strategy for brand differentiation and category growth. It has built-in components for acquisition & retention of patients.

Question: Is this a Debit or Saving Card?

Answer: The LoyaltyRx card is actually a "hybrid" card. It performs the functions of both debit and savings cards better than each of those cards individually (single function cards). Debit cards use PIN based banking network functionality. Savings Cards primarily use PBM Adjudication and later mail patient discount to participating pharmacies. The hybrid offering combines both technologies and adds 3 layers of fraud prevention. The LoyaltyRx card completes entire transaction at the point of sale thereby increasing acceptance by pharmacy retailers.

Question: You say that your LoyaltyRx card has over a 99% acceptance rate. How can it be that high?

Answer: Any retailer who accepts Visa & MasterCard has to sign an annual contract forcing them to accept those cards and their symbols (Star, Plus, Pulse, NYCE, & interlink) as a form of payment from their customer. Because the LoyaltyRx card is the only card tied to the banking industry, retailers who accept Visa & MC are also contractually obligated to accept the LoyaltyRx card as a form of payment. Other incentive programs have a greatly reduced pharmacy acceptance (as low as 50%) because the pharmacies are not compensated at the point of purchase and are forced to wait for a credit from their wholesaler. The LoyaltyRx card enjoys universal and unprecedented pharmacy acceptance!

Question: Why is it important to have the highest quality card?

Answer: A higher quality of card increases maintains brand image & leads to increased consumer takeaway. The LoyaltyRx card is made to the same quality standards as a credit card. This ensures it is long lasting and can be used over and over again. It’s also a card you can feel proud to put your brand and company name on.
